Pre-Order Information

To reserve the latest Trading Card Game releases, special collection boxes, and limited-edition sets before release day, Card Fellaz offers pre-orders on upcoming products. Please review our pre-order guidelines below prior to placing your order.

1. Payment Collected at Checkout

All pre-orders are billed in full at the time of purchase. Charging upon checkout locks in your item reservation and guarantees your allocation directly from our distributor inventory.

2. Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order Items)

If your order includes both currently available products and pre-order items:

  • Combined Shipment: By default, we hold your entire order and ship all items together once the pre-order product officially releases and arrives at our warehouse.

  • Separate Deliveries: If you need in-stock items delivered right away, please place two separate orders—one for the in-stock items and another for pre-sale products.

3. Estimated Release Dates & Delays

Release dates displayed on product pages are estimates provided directly by manufacturers and distributors. Occasionally, publishers or transit partners experience logistical delays or schedule adjustments. If an official release date changes, we will update you via email with the revised timeline.

4. Household Limits & Fair Allocation

To ensure fair access to high-demand TCG releases for all players and collectors, we reserve the right to enforce quantity caps per customer or household. Orders placed using automated checkouts or duplicate accounts to bypass purchase limits may be canceled without notice.
