2. Product Availability & Quantity Limits

  • Descriptions & Inventory: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

  • Fair Access Capping: To ensure fair access to high-demand Trading Card Game (TCG) products and collectibles, we reserve the right to limit purchase quantities per person, per household, or per order.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or listing details, suspected fraud, or the use of automated purchasing software (bots).

  • Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed at our store.

  • Immediate Billing: Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase, including for pre-order and back-order items.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms, processing windows, and carrier details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our transfer of the shipment to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, packages stolen post-delivery, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

5. Returns & Pre-Orders

  • Returns: All return requests are strictly subject to our Refund and Return Policy. Opened TCG products, single cards, and items with broken factory shrink-wrap or seals are non-refundable.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are billed upon checkout to reserve inventory. Estimated release dates are supplied by distributors/manufacturers and are subject to change due to production or logistics delays.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To violate any federal, state, or local regulations, rules, or laws.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To submit false or misleading information or attempt to circumvent store quantity caps through duplicate accounts or automated systems.
