Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Card Fellaz! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only

Coverage Area: We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
International Orders: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing & Transit Times

Total delivery time is calculated by adding our handling time to the carrier’s transit time:

Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days. Orders are packed, verified, and handed over to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.
Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days. Standard domestic transit typically takes 5 to 7 business days to reach your address once picked up by the shipping carrier.
Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding standard national and federal holidays.

3. Pre-Orders & Combined Shipments

If your order includes both currently available products and pre-order items:

Single Delivery: By default, we hold the complete order and ship all items together once the pre-order product officially releases and arrives at our warehouse.
Separate Shipments: If you need in-stock items delivered sooner, please place two separate orders—one for in-stock products and one for pre-orders.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your package is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s portal.
